Keith Hart, Chief Operating Officer
Keith holds an Extra Master’s Certificate of Competency and a BSc (Honours) in Nautical Studies. Following command experience in the offshore industry, he has spent 21 years as a Marine Consultant during which time he has undertaken a number of major studies; managed offshore installation, salvage and wreck removal projects; and conducted numerous investigations into navigational incidents including collisions and groundings.
