Andrew Macdonald, Group Operations Director
Andrew Macdonald, who has been with the Group for two years, is Group Operations Director and has been spearheading an ambitious growth and restructuring strategy of the business.
Before joining
C-MAR, Mr Macdonald held various senior management positions in oil
and gas and marine logistics, and had his own consultancy specialising
in business improvement, strategic development and delivery.
Streamlining the five core offerings of the group is one of the key driving
forces behind his leadership as the central disciplines of engineering,
training, consultancy, marine operations and recruitment provide an even
more integrated service offering to the marine and energy sectors.
