Vidya started her career as a sales manager and client service administrator with a large aggregate supplier to the UK construction industry. She came to Dubai in mid-2007 to work in the planning team involved in a major waterfront project before joining Aquarius International in February 2008 as office manager. Vidya holds a BA (Honours) in Business Administration.
