Keith holds an Extra Master’s Certificate of Competency and a BSc (Honours) in Nautical Studies. Following command experience in the offshore industry, he spent 21 years as a Marine Consultant undertaking a number of major studies; managing offshore installation, salvage and wreck removal projects; and conducted numerous investigations into navigational incidents, including collisions and groundings.
Keith is the Chief Operating Officer of C-MAR Consultants.
